Price Guarantee:Once your booking is confirmed and payment is received, the price is guaranteed regardless of subsequent price changes or currency fluctuations.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Cancellation by Customer

Cancellation policies vary depending on the service provider and type of booking. General guidelines include:

Flight Cancellations:

  • Cancellations more than 30 days before departure: 75% refund minus service fees
  • Cancellations 15-30 days before departure: 50% refund minus service fees
  • Cancellations 7-14 days before departure: 25% refund minus service fees
  • Cancellations less than 7 days before departure: No refund

Hotel Cancellations:

  • Cancellations more than 14 days before check-in: Full refund minus service fees
  • Cancellations 7-14 days before check-in: 50% refund minus service fees
  • Cancellations less than 7 days before check-in: No refund

Tour Package Cancellations:

  • Cancellations more than 45 days before departure: 80% refund minus service fees
  • Cancellations 30-45 days before departure: 60% refund minus service fees
  • Cancellations 15-30 days before departure: 40% refund minus service fees
  • Cancellations less than 15 days before departure: No refund

5.2 Cancellation by safoundationbd

We reserve the right to cancel bookings in the following circumstances:

  • Service provider cancels or discontinues the service
  • Force majeure events make travel impossible or unsafe
  • Insufficient participants for group tours
  • Fraudulent or suspicious booking activity
  • Violation of these terms of service

In case of cancellation by safoundationbd, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid, or the option to rebook alternative services of equal or greater value.

5.3 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 14-21 business days from the date of cancellation approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for booking. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund to your account.

Important:Some promotional rates and special offers may be non-refundable. Always check the specific cancellation terms for your booking before confirming your reservation.

6. Modifications and Changes

6.1 Customer-Initiated Changes

You may request changes to your booking subject to availability and the following conditions:

In case of significant changes that negatively impact your travel plans, you may be entitled to a full refund or alternative arrangements at no additional cost.

7. Travel Documents and Requirements

7.1 Passport and Visa Requirements

It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid travel documents:

  • Valid passport with at least 6 months validity beyond your return date
  • Appropriate visas for all destinations in your itinerary
  • Any required health certificates or vaccination records
  • Travel authorization documents (ESTA, eTA, etc.) where applicable

While we provide general guidance on visa requirements, you are responsible for obtaining all necessary documentation. We recommend checking with the relevant embassies or consulates for the most current requirements.

7.2 Health and Safety Requirements

Travelers must comply with all health and safety requirements including:

8.3 Limitation of Liability

9. Force Majeure

Neither safoundationbd nor our service providers shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Pandemics and health emergencies
